As this new year begins, may you be blessed with many opportunities to participate in life from the place of truth at your own center. May others feel an excitement in your presence that awakens their longing to find their own authentic path through life and the world, a path on which giving is as prized as receiving.

We live in changing times, with a rate of change that sometimes can make us dizzy. As the world around us becomes so busy and fast, it is difficult to avoid getting caught up in the swirl. There is so much to do, so little time.

I am excited to be returning from a year’s sabbatical, a year of slowing down to listen to the rhythms of the natural world, including my own body. I am excited to carry the challenge of holding to that slowing down as I reenter the realm of guiding and mentoring and my own forms of being busy. I am excited to be offering again programs that offer the opportunity to others to slow down enough to tend to that which is most important for a satisfying life.

Perhaps in the pages of this website you will find your interest peeked by a program, an opportunity, or simply a few words. I offer them humbly, knowing that each of you carries your own wisdom. My work is to provide you with some simple tools to access ever more deeply that wisdom, that knowing that is different from the reading, writing, and arithmetic that we learned in school, that is different from all the valuable knowledge that you hold in your intellect. It is the wisdom that comes through dreams, images, and wanderings of the deep imagination.
